Finding a suitable student rental property is much like choosing your first car. Very often student properties are the run down properties that families will no longer rent, the equivalent of an old banger, cheap to rent initially, but with few accessories and frequently requiring repairs and maintenance.
FK Student Letting only markets good quality properties with standardised equipment and furniture specifically aimed at the Student market in the most preferred locations.

The five pledges are grounded in 30+ years of experience. We know that tenants want help moving in, problems solving efficiently by accessible staff, and someone to call 24/7 if trouble strikes. We also know that deposits and time are precious in their own ways.
We strive to make your stay enjoyable and the proof is in the pudding: many of our landlords used to be our tenants.
